How do I book?
Use our free quote form or call 617-775-7806. Share your date, pickup address, destination, time and passenger count.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as your plans are set. Weekends in wedding and prom season and early-morning airport runs are the busiest times, so booking early gives you the most choice.
Can I book on short notice?
Call us. If a vehicle and chauffeur are available, we will do our best to help.
Pricing
How much does a limo or car service cost?
The price depends on the vehicle, the date, the length of the booking and your route. Request a free quote and we will confirm your price before you book.
Is the price confirmed before the ride?
Yes. We agree your price when you book, so you know the cost in advance.
Do you offer corporate billing?
Yes. Corporate accounts can be billed monthly. See our corporate car service.
Vehicles
What vehicles do you have?
Luxury sedans (up to 3 passengers), Chevrolet Suburban SUVs (up to 7), stretch limousines and party buses for 9 or 11. See our fleet.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes. Tell us your preference when you book and we will confirm availability.
Are all vehicles chauffeured?
Yes. We do not rent vehicles for self-drive.
Airport Pickups
Do you track flights?
Yes. For arrivals, we follow your flight and adjust the pickup time if it lands early or late.
Which airports do you serve?
Mainly Logan Airport and Hanscom Field. Ask about other airports when you request a quote.
How early should I leave for Logan?
It depends on your pickup town, the time of day and your flight. We suggest a pickup time when you book.
Changes and Cancellations
Can I change my booking?
Yes. Call 617-775-7806 as early as possible, and we will update your pickup time, address or vehicle if availability allows.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the booking. Please ask about them when you book, and we will explain what applies to your reservation.
